We stopped by Goodwill one evening and found this beautiful lamp on the shelf:
It was a surprise that it was still there because this store was particularly sparse in wares. Upon examining the price tag we learned the reason: it was listed at $39.99.
But it was so pretty, so unique- something you could never find at a store today. A cursory glance at google p[roved the lamp was valuable: similar antique lamps were listed on sites for nearly $800.
After price comparisons, I went ahead and bought it for $40, and I have ZERO regrets. It’s a huge, lovely piece!
